Lifetime Weight Management

3 part webinar series:

Time US: 6:30 am - 7:45 am EST/ 8:30 pm - 9:45 pm QLD (Sydney)

Overview and Learning Objectives
‘Targeting Fat Metabolism and Lifetime Weight Management’

We have to do it better:
A health goal for literally millions of people is to lose weight and then maintain their weight at that level. The $89 billion a year weight loss industry is a testament to the failure of that goal. Simply providing a “better” weight loss product does not guarantee compliance or retention of that individual as a lifetime consumer of a healthy diet and appropriate good nutritional supplements for a better quality of life. The purpose of this course is to provide concise consumer oriented information that will allow you to share that information more effectively.

After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:
  • Compare the pros and cons of different weight loss systems.
  • Review principles of fat metabolism and metabolic typing.
  • Describe additional nutrients that are beneficial to integrate during a fat loss program.
