Proevity products
and services are designed to be flexible and accessible,
adaptive to individual needs and schedules. The Proevity website
contains courses that can be taken conveniently online, a list
of international seminar events and a catalogue of courses with
DVD video and CD audio disks promptly shipped worldwide. New
Proevity VT courses, listed on the new Proevity VT website,
are scheduled for release in November, 2008 offering a new level
of virtual training online.

| Tamara Fouts, President
& Founder |

Mrs. Fouts boasts small-company
executive experience that spans 28 years. First-hand experience
in health restoration inspired her to address the needs for
education in nutrition and wellness. As a proactive longevity
visionary, Tamara has become well-known worldwide for her skills
and expertise in assimilating and tailoring information from
experts into cohesive courses recognized as industry leading
education…the courses of Proevity.

| Barbara C Potter, Education
Director |

Mrs. Potter has had a passion for
sharing the importance of nutrition and the benefits of supplements
for 30 years. Prior to coming to Proevity, Mrs. Potter spent
nearly 20 years in managed care administration as Director of
Managed Care for St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids,
IA, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Preferred
Health Professionals in Overland Park, KS, Vice President and
Chief Operating Officer of Health Choice in St. Joseph, MO,
and Director of Administration for HMO Iowa in Des Moines, IA.
It became very clear to her that our current healthcare system
is not working. Mrs. Potter strongly believes that nutrition
and supplementation are key in creating wellness and is focused
on bringing that information to the medical field as well as
the general population. Mrs. Potter holds a BS from Mankato
State University, Mankato, MN, a Management Development Certificate
from Drake University, Des Moines, IA, and the Nutraceutical
Representative Certification from Proevity.

| Teresa Rivera, Program
Director |

Mrs. Rivera has more than 20 years
of leadership experience offering a rare blend of creative and
operational strengths. Teresa has achieved exciting company
and product turnarounds and is recognized for her success in
growing sales and profits. Her strategic approach to building
a business is reflected in her work as top Project Manager of
The Assist Companies, a nationwide voice and data cabling company
that quickly escalated from a $2 million dollars in revenues
to $10 million in 5 years. Her concept creation and focus on
streamlining the delivery processes quickly delivered impressive
bottom-line results.
Teresa enjoys the combination of interests in health, education
and business that Proevity brings. Teresa is an active volunteer
with the Sarasota Medical Pregnancy Center and a volunteer tutor
for children with learning disabilities. She loves her new hometown
Sarasota where she resides with her husband. Strengths: negotiating,
cultivating long term relationships, logistical planning, and
enjoys dealing with the public.

| Yesenia Menendez, Public
Relations Director |

Yesenia has over 15 years in different
facets of Administration in corporate America. Her creativity
and organization have helped her achieve many accomplishments.
Prior to joining the Proevity family, Yesenia was the Assistant
Manager in a top office rental property firm. There, she assisted
the manager in achieving the #1 Sales position in the shortest
amount of time in the history of the company. Yesenia’s
ability to troubleshoot and execute projects has played a key
role in her professional career.
Recognizing the importance of wellness for the total body and
the key tool that is Proevity, Yesenia appreciates her position
and views Proevity as the “perfect place to be educated
about and help others achieve total wellness. She resides in
Orlando, FL with her husband and has recently welcomed a baby
girl into her family.
