Lory
Moore received a BS in Sociology in 1986 as well as a BS in
Social Work in 1987, both magna cum laude from Abilene Christian
University in Abilene, Texas. Ms. Moore went on to receive a
JD, also magna cum laude, from Baylor Law School, in Waco, Texas
in 1990. She served as municipal judge in the City of Sweetwater,
Texas from 1993 through 1999. As a private practice attorney
since 1990, Ms. Moore specialized in employment, securities
and charitable entities law as well as tax planning and small
business organization.
As such, Lory Moore has provided general counsel for The Endowment
of Medical Research, an organization pursuing medical research
and education concerning the impact of glyconutritional substances
on health and wellness. She has also served as National Ambassador
and General Counsel for MannaRelief Ministries, an organization
which strives to improve the health and well-being of children
with special needs and those in orphanages, through provision
of glyconutritionals.
In 2005, Ms. Moore combined her interests in social work, desiring
to improve people's lives and health with her knowledge of law
and business. She joined the faculty for the National Glycomics
Conference where she presented a 2 hour CME entitled "Legal
and Economic Implications of Incorporating Glyconutritionals
Into a Healthcare Practice." |
